I was in China Club on a Monday night in New York City - that's a private night only for VIP's. I knew someone at the door so I got in.

I was walking into the VIP section and I literally bumped into Jon, face to face in each other's ways going side to side (him not knownig I was a huge fan of him and the band ). I just said "Hey  Jon, what's  happening?" and put my hand out. He shook it and  said "Hey, how are ya man?" He was so down to earth nice . He was with his wife and DocMagee and his wife. I later went back to him to tell him that my favorite song of his was "Justice in the barrel" of YOUNG GUNS SOUNDTRACK. He said it was honestly one his favorites also.  We spoke for a few moments  and then I gave him his privacy. Basically he was as great a person as I hoped he would be . At the time it was just after the Young Guns soundtrack was released . That, believe it or not, was one of many times I had met him and  other members of the band.
